Students are provided an Office 365 license that includes:
- Web-based Microsoft Word
- Web-based Microsoft Excel
- Outlook Email
- Additional Microsoft 365 applications and services

Before signing in, ensure you have:

Login Instructions
Step 1: Open the Office 365 Portal
Navigate to the NSCC Office 365 portal:
Step 2: Enter Your Student Email Address
- Enter your NSCC student email address.

Step 3: Enter Your Password
- Enter your myNSCC password.

Step 4: Complete Additional Prompts
Follow any additional Microsoft sign-in or security prompts presented during the login process.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Some students may be required to configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before accessing Office 365 services.
If prompted:
- Complete MFA registration using the approved authentication method.
- Follow the MFA setup instructions provided by NSCC.

After successful authentication, students can access:
- Microsoft Outlook Email

Unable to Locate Your Student Email Address
- Use the Email Lookup tool available through myNSCC.

- Confirm you are using your myNSCC password.
- Verify that Caps Lock is not enabled.
