Connect to NSCC Guest WiFi
Step 1: Select the Guest Network
- Open the WiFi settings on your device.
- Locate and select NSCC-GUEST from the list of available wireless networks. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]
Step 2: Open the Sign-In Portal
- After selecting the network, you should automatically be redirected to the guest sign-in page.
- If the sign-in page does not appear automatically:
- Look for a browser notification or pop-up.
- Open a web browser and navigate to any website to trigger the sign-in portal. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]
Step 3: Register a New Guest Account
- On the login portal, select Click Here to create a new guest account.
- Enter:
- Your full name
- A valid email address
Note: Your email address will be used as your username.

Step 4: Accept the Terms of Use
- Review the guest WiFi terms and conditions.
- Select the checkbox indicating agreement with the terms of use.

Step 5: Review Your Credentials
- After registration, the system will display:
- A copy of these credentials will also be sent to your email address. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]
Step 6: Sign In
- Select Log In.
- The device should automatically connect to the NSCC-GUEST network after successful authentication. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]
Troubleshooting
If you cannot access the sign-in page:
- Verify that you are connected to NSCC-GUEST.
- Disable cellular data temporarily and retry.
- Open a web browser and navigate to a non-secure website to trigger the portal.
- Restart WiFi on your device and reconnect.
