Connect to NSCC Guest WiFi

Step 1: Select the Guest Network

1. Open the WiFi settings on your device.
2. Locate and select NSCC-GUEST from the list of available wireless networks. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]

Step 2: Open the Sign-In Portal

1. After selecting the network, you should automatically be redirected to the guest sign-in page.
2. If the sign-in page does not appear automatically:
   • Look for a browser notification or pop-up.
   • Open a web browser and navigate to any website to trigger the sign-in portal. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]

Step 3: Register a New Guest Account

1. On the login portal, select Click Here to create a new guest account.
2. Enter:
   • Your full name
   • A valid email address

Step 4: Accept the Terms of Use

1. Review the guest WiFi terms and conditions.
2. Select the checkbox indicating agreement with the terms of use.
3. Click or tap Register. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]

Step 5: Review Your Credentials

1. After registration, the system will display:
   • Username
   • Password
2. A copy of these credentials will also be sent to your email address. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]

Step 6: Sign In

1. Select Log In.
2. The device should automatically connect to the NSCC-GUEST network after successful authentication. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]

Troubleshooting

• Verify that you are connected to NSCC-GUEST.
• Disable cellular data temporarily and retry.
• Open a web browser and navigate to a non-secure website to trigger the portal.
• Restart WiFi on your device and reconnect.
