Prerequisites

Before signing in, ensure you have:
  • Your NSCC email address
  • Your current password
  • Internet access and a supported web browser

Sign In to myNSCC

Step 1: Open the myNSCC Portal

Navigate to:
https://my.nscc.edu

Step 2: Enter Your NSCC Email Address

  • Type your NSCC email address.
  • Select Next.

Step 3: Enter Your Password

  • Enter your account password.
If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset process before attempting to sign in. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]

Step 4: Select Sign In

  • Click Sign In.
Upon successful authentication, your myNSCC homepage will load. [servicedesk.nscc.edu]

Troubleshooting

Unable to Sign In

Verify:
  • Your NSCC email address is entered correctly.
  • Your password is correct.
  • Your account is not locked.
  • Your internet connection is functioning properly.

Forgot Your Password
